OpenMontage Drama Studio is an AGPL-3.0 self-hosted workspace for producing AI short dramas step by step: script, characters, scenes, props, storyboard and shots, voice, and edit. Assets are created first and reused across shots to keep characters consistent. Deploy with Docker Compose (Postgres 16, Redis 7, MinIO).
